If I could give more stars I would!! Roy was absolutely phenomenal. I am in Miami, i needed my family member picked up from a migrant center. I was nervous but Roy made everything so easy for me. He stood in contact with me from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable, informative and very kind. I honestly recommend this Taxi Service to everyone!

The taxi driver Eric was absolutely awesome. He was very professional and made me feel welcomed and comfortable while commuting. He has a tremendous personality and a laugh that is very contagious. Eric is awesome!! Best taxi service I've ever had. Very helpful and polite!! He went way beyond just driving to the bus station. He helped me make sure I was able to get a bus ticket. Awesome guy!!

Eric was the best taxi driver! He was funny, super helpful, and even helped us find a hotel when we had problems booking a place to stay. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome on our first trip to Louisiana Monroe! We will only be using Monroe Taxi to transport us around town while visiting my daughter’s college town! Thank you Eric!!!!

Great taxi service with Reasonable prices. I was in a bind & needed a quick ride to Walmart. Eric, My driver was here in 5 minutes. He was very friendly and personable. He dropped me off at Walmart . He came back to to pick me up promptly at the appointed time & drove me home for very reasonable fare $$. I will be using be using this service again, and I would recommend it to anyone who needs a ride. It was way better than Uber in my opinion.
